Have you ever tried ZongZi, the sticky rice dumplings? Do you know there are “Northern Style” & “Southern Style” two different types of rice dumplings in Taiwan?

Now, it’s your chance to pack your own favorite style of ZongZi!

At CookInn Taiwan, we will guide you through the entire process, from stir-frying the ingredients to packing the sticky rice dumplings. You will learn the art of crafting these traditional delicacies from scratch.

The ingredients we will be using include sticky rice, salty egg yolk, shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, dried shrimp, dried radish, and dried squid. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your needs.

During the class, you will have the opportunity to pack and take home eight delicious rice dumplings. This class is suitable for participants aged 12 and above, and families with children are more than welcome to join us!
