Have you ever tried zongzi, Taiwan’s traditional sticky rice dumplings? Here’s your chance to experience the festival spirit and make your own from scratch.

Join us at Cookinn Taiwan, where you’ll be guided step by step by our professional instructor through the entire process—from stir-frying the ingredients to wrapping your own rice dumplings. Along the way, you’ll learn the traditions behind this beloved festive dish.

We use a rich variety of ingredients, including sticky rice, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, dried shrimp, dried radish, and dried squid. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance—we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.

During the class, you’ll assemble your own zongzi and take home your handmade creations to share with family and friends. A detailed step-by-step recipe will also be provided, so you can recreate this festive dish in your own kitchen.
