Cookinn Taiwan is a leading cooking school dedicated to sharing the tastes of Taiwan. In 2023, it published its first English cookbook, TASTE TAIWAN: Recipes from Taiwanese Home Kitchens, featuring 67 authentic recipes—from Lu Rou Fan and Gua Bao to Scallion Pancakes and Boba Tea—brought to life with vivid photography and cultural stories, offering readers a true taste of Taiwan anywhere in the world.
