About Cooking Classes
Yes. Cookinn Taiwan offers vegetarian-friendly alternatives for many of our Taiwanese cooking classes. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking so we can prepare suitable ingredients.
Yes. Xiao Long Bao is traditionally made with pork filling, but alternative options such as chicken or a vegetarian filling (loofah and mushroom) can be arranged upon request.
For the Beef Noodle Soup, as the broth is prepared together during the class, a separate tomato vegetable noodle soup will be provided for guests who do not eat beef.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking, and our team will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
Yes. Cookinn Taiwan is family-friendly and welcomes children accompanied by adults. Each adult may bring one child under 6 years old free of charge. Children aged 7–11 are eligible for a discounted rate. Children must be accompanied by at least one participating adult.
Yes. Solo travelers are welcome to join scheduled classes at Cookinn Taiwan. If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants, our team will contact you in advance to offer alternative options.
Cookinn Taiwan has two branches in Taipei:
Zhongshan Classroom
2F., No. 66, Sec. 1, Chengde Rd., Datong Dist., Taipei City (near MRT Zhongshan Station)
Ximen Classroom
4F., No. 105, Bo’ai Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City (near MRT Ximen Station)
Classes are held at different locations depending on the course. Please refer to the pre-class notification email for your confirmed classroom location.
Classes are conducted in English by default. Our instructors are native Taiwanese and fluent in Mandarin. Japanese instruction is available upon request—please indicate your preferred language when booking.
Each class requires a minimum of 3 participants and accommodates up to 12 participants. This small group size allows our instructors to provide personalized guidance while ensuring a comfortable and engaging experience for everyone.
About Booking
You can book a Taiwanese cooking class in Taipei directly through the official Cookinn Taiwan website. Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during weekends and peak travel seasons.

Yes. Guests who book directly through the official Cookinn Taiwan website may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Klook, KKday, Tripadvisor/Viator, or GetYourGuide, cancellation policies are subject to the terms and conditions of each respective platform.
We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy carefully at the time of booking.
